Drift is not mystery. It is what happens when the calendar is full and the standard is vague. You are being managed by incoming requests because you never published the non-negotiables.
Protocol
- 1Write the mission of the next 90 days in one sentence. If it takes a paragraph, you do not have it yet.
- 2List 5 non-negotiables that survive a bad week: body, work block, home, truth-telling, formation.
- 3Kill or defer three things that do not serve the sentence. Tell the people today.
The standard: A written 90-day sentence plus five non-negotiables on paper, not in your head.
