Feelings are weather. Standards are climate. If your operating system requires a good mood, you do not have an operating system. You have a preference.

1. 1Separate the feeling from the action in writing: 'I do not feel like X. I will do X for 15 minutes.'
2. 2Build a minimum standard that does not care about mood.
3. 3Review weekly: how often did mood win? That number is the real problem.

The standard: Action first. Mood is allowed to catch up. It is not allowed to vote.
