My body is last

Brain fog, skipped training, late nights, 'I'll get serious after this project.'

Diagnosis

The body is the platform the rest of your leadership stands on. You do not have a time problem. You have an order-of-operations problem. Last is where important things go to die.

Protocol

  1. 1Set a floor, not a fantasy: sleep window, protein, 20–40 minutes of movement.
  2. 2Train at the time of day you actually keep, not the time that looks disciplined on paper.
  3. 3Tie it to identity: 'I am the kind of operator who maintains the instrument.'

The standard: A written minimum standard you can hit on a travel day.

I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified.
