Diagnosis
The body is the platform the rest of your leadership stands on. You do not have a time problem. You have an order-of-operations problem. Last is where important things go to die.
Protocol
- 1Set a floor, not a fantasy: sleep window, protein, 20–40 minutes of movement.
- 2Train at the time of day you actually keep, not the time that looks disciplined on paper.
- 3Tie it to identity: 'I am the kind of operator who maintains the instrument.'
The standard: A written minimum standard you can hit on a travel day.
“I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified.”
1 Corinthians 9:27
