I fold under pressure

You are fine in practice and sloppy when it counts. Meetings, conflict, deadlines, stages.

Diagnosis

You trained in comfort and expected combat poise. Pressure does not build skill. Pressure reveals the skill you already installed. Install it on purpose.

Protocol

  1. 1Rehearse the hard moment out loud. Standing. Timer on. No notes after the first run.
  2. 2Add constraint to daily work: shorter window, higher standard, or an audience of one.
  3. 3After action: what did your body do? Breath, voice, rush. Train that specific tell.

The standard: One pressure rep a day. Small stage. Real clock.

For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
