Diagnosis
You trained in comfort and expected combat poise. Pressure does not build skill. Pressure reveals the skill you already installed. Install it on purpose.
Protocol
- 1Rehearse the hard moment out loud. Standing. Timer on. No notes after the first run.
- 2Add constraint to daily work: shorter window, higher standard, or an audience of one.
- 3After action: what did your body do? Breath, voice, rush. Train that specific tell.
The standard: One pressure rep a day. Small stage. Real clock.
“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.”
